At Veriforce, we continue to invest in the people, systems, and discipline that enable us to execute effectively at global scale. We are hiring a Chief of Staff to work closely with the executive team and help drive clarity, alignment, and execution across the organisation.
What that means day-to-day:
- Design and run the executive operating rhythm (ELT cadence, prioritisation, decision-making forums, and accountability mechanisms)
- Translate company strategy into executable plans with clear ownership, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional, high-impact strategic initiatives that span multiple functions and geographies
- Create visibility on performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery across the organisation, ensuring issues are surfaced and addressed quickly
- Support and enhance executive-level decision-making through structured analysis, insight, and clear framing of trade-offs
- Ensure disciplined follow-through across leadership teams, holding stakeholders accountable for delivery against agreed priorities
- Maintain alignment between strategic intent and operational execution, ensuring focus is not diluted by competing priorities
- Proactively identify execution gaps, friction points, and organisational blockers, and drive resolution with urgency
- Act as a force multiplier for the executive team by improving clarity, pace, and consistency of execution across the business
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Experience operating at or near executive level in a complex, high-growth organisation
- Background in consulting, strategy, transformation, or senior operational roles
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from design through to execution and outcomes
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, align, and challenge senior stakeholders
- Highly structured thinker with the ability to impose clarity, prioritisation, and order in ambiguity
- Relentless focus on execution, accountability, and outcomes, with a track record of delivering results through others
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to make sound decisions in fast-moving, incomplete-information environments
- Bias for action, ownership, and disciplined follow-through
What you’ll get in return:
- Work with a global team! We have colleagues and customers across North America and overseas.
