At Kiku, we’re building the first automation platform for frontline hiring - the 80% of the global workforce that keeps society running. From hospitality to healthcare, logistics to retail - we help the employers build great teams in no-time and people mind meaningful work. We’ve just raised a substantial seed round led by Cherry Ventures, PSV, Yellow, and top European angels. Now we’re scaling.
We’re hiring a Chief of Staff (or call it Product & Strategy Lead) - someone who wants to help shape how we build and grow. You’ll work directly with the founders on product, pricing, and the systems that scale Kiku from early stage to growth.
What You’ll Do- Product Management (immediate focus)
- Own the product loop: discovery, scoping, prioritization, and delivery
- Talk to customers constantly – translate needs into clear specs and product decisions
- Manage roadmap, metrics, and deadlines; drive product planning and focus
- Support design and engineering with context and clarity
- GTM & Pricing (mid-term focus)
- Work on pricing, market focus, and industry analysis and constantly sharpen our GTM motion
- Help align product value with pricing and commercial strategy
Apart from these two main topics we expect ad-hoc projects that are likely to involve:
- Support in hiring and organizational planning
- Contribute to financial planning and fundraising
- new market expansion
- You’ve spent a few years in consulting, PE, or a high-growth scale up. A mix of both would be wonderful.
- Highly analytical and structured in your WoW
- Strong problem-solver and fast executor that likes to operate with uncertainty
- Low ego and collaborative - bring good vibes :)
- Hungry and ambitious - Kiku will be the place to get a 10 year career in 3 years
This role can evolve into leadership across product, GTM, or finance as we scale.
