Your Role
As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and amplifying the impact of the executive office. You’ll act as a force multiplier for the CEO—helping to prioritize, structure, and execute the company’s most critical projects while ensuring alignment across the organization.
Location: Berlin (on-site 3x/week)
Your Impact
- Drive and operationalize the company’s strategic priorities, ensuring initiatives are translated into actionable plans and delivered on time
- Own strategic projects that are critical to growth, transformation, and organizational scaling
- Partner closely with the CEO on key strategic decisions, providing insights, analyses, and recommendations
- Facilitate executive and board meetings, prepare materials, and ensure high-quality decision-making
- Drive executive communications on all levels—from fostering organizational alignment to preparing board materials and investor updates
Your Skills
- Experience in both a strategy role (e.g. consulting, investment banking, private equity) and an operational role in a fast-paced environment (preferably startup or scaleup); SaaS or tech exposure is a plus
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a track record of turning complexity into clear, actionable plans
- Executive communication skills with the ability to influence across C-level, board, and the broader organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes in high-stakes environments
- Highly structured, organized, and proactive—comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
