Embedded directly within the Technology & Product division, you will operate in a unique dual line of reporting to Claire Lebarz (CTO) and Sébastien Bardin (CPO) to orchestrate cross-functional operational excellence across our engineering galaxies. As an operational builder, your mission is to handle complex technical compliance reporting and scale division workflows.
Key responsibilities ✨
- Project manage the engineering and product roadmap calendar, actively tracking milestone schedules, unblocking alignment friction, and preparing review materials for the Executive meetings.
- Build scalable internal workflows, custom tracking dashboards, and AI automation agents to continuously oil our leadership management pipelines.
- Conduct one-off explorations and ad-hoc strategic projects directly for the CTO & CPO, spanning the exploration of partnerships, one-off builds, corporate events, and tech conferences.
- Produce and streamline all technical division reporting streams, taking end-to-end operational ownership over CIR (Crédit d'Impôt Recherche) dossiers, IFRS capitalization files. Deliver precise, clean operational data packages and technical writing deliverables to FP&A and external auditors, serving as the division's single source of truth.
- Manage declarations for the European Commission's SEISMIC research program and prepare demand for new research grants
- Manage the plan and metrics committed to in our CSR responsible numeric practices and carbon footprint reduction plan.
About you 🧑🚀
- High level education, ideally in an engineering , with a dual background in business discipline heavily prioritized to navigate our technical organization seamlessly.
- First proven professional experience (2 to 3 years), ideally developed within management consulting or highly structured, fast-scaling technology scale-ups.
- Operating on a native level in both French and English, possessing the flawless technical writing discipline required to author official compliance dossiers.
- Strong technical culture and curiosity, with a proven tactical instinct for utilizing modern AI tools, low-code automations, and configurations.
- Proactively structure your own workload, filter administrative noise, and autonomously drive complex analytical and tracking pipelines forward without requiring pre-established roadmaps.
- Demonstrate an internal engine oriented entirely toward execution, showcasing a solutions-focused mindset to independently challenge processes, influence cross-functional stakes, and push undefined projects across the finish line.

- Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by two interviewers to assess your thinking logic.
- Final interview with Sebastien Bardin (CPO) to discuss Malt’s long-term vision
Skills Required
- Higher education in engineering or business
- 2 to 3 years proven professional experience (management consulting or fast-scaling tech scale-ups preferred)
- Native-level fluency in French and English with strong technical writing skills
- Strong technical culture and curiosity; experience using modern AI tools and low-code automations
- Ability to autonomously structure workload, drive analytical tracking pipelines, and unblock cross-functional alignment
- Experience producing compliance dossiers and financial/technical reporting (CIR dossiers, IFRS capitalization files) for auditors and FP&A
