What You Will Do:
- Shape the Engineering and Product planning cycle, ensuring OKRs and priorities are clear, aligned across teams, and connected to product and company goals.
- Establish and run the operating rhythm for Builders' leadership, creating clarity on decisions, next steps, and follow-through.
- Drive organisational design discussions, growth planning, promotions, and performance reviews together with People, Finance, and other partners.
- Craft materials and narratives for leadership forums, board updates, cross-functional reviews, and Engineering All-Hands.
- Surface risks, dependencies, and emerging issues early across software, hardware, product, design, and AI, bringing the right people together to move topics forward.
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment by ensuring expectations, priorities, and decisions are shared consistently across teams.
- Contribute to shaping a collaborative working culture across Builders, helping maintain an environment where teams stay connected, do meaningful work at scale, and enjoy the way we build together.
What You Could Bring:
- Proven working experience in business operations, management consulting or a Chief of Staff-type role, ideally combined with time in a SaaS or tech organisation working closely with Engineering or Product leaders.
- The ability to build trust and work effectively with people across levels and disciplines, supported by sound judgment and high emotional intelligence.
- Experience partnering with technical leaders on organisational priorities and familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts and how engineering teams organise work.
- Strong analytical ability and a clear, structured approach to problem-solving, with the skill to turn complex topics into well-reasoned insights or decision points.
- A working style grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine interest in helping teams do their best work.
