We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented Chief of Staff to partner directly with our COO/CFO. This is a unique opportunity to serve as a force multiplier to an executive leading the company through a period of accelerated growth, AI-native transformation, and organizational scale. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, operator, and integrator, ensuring the COO/CFO’s priorities translate into execution, while driving alignment across the executive team, board, and organization.
What you'll do:
- Strategic Alignment & Planning
- Translate multi-year strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and operational plans.
- Ensure cross-functional initiatives (GTM, product modularization, AI adoption, enterprise deals) align with company objectives.
- Lead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the COO.
- Executive Leverage
- Prepare the COO for key internal and external meetings (ELT, board, investors, clients).
- Own executive briefing materials, follow-ups, and decision logs.
- Act as proxy for COO in meetings to provide continuity and decision-making support.
- Operational Cadence
- Drive the company’s leadership operating model: QBRs, ELT meetings, OKRs, and board prep.
- Track execution of commitments and hold leaders accountable to priorities.
- Institutionalize processes that bring clarity, speed, and focus to execution.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders to break down silos and drive alignment.
- Step in to lead projects where additional executive oversight is required.
- Surface risks, challenges, and opportunities early, with solutions-oriented recommendations.
What you have:
- Background: 3-5 years in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic operating roles (startup or scale-up environment a plus).
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and track OKRs that align with company goals and drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of turning data and insights into actionable plans.
- Clear and confident communicator, skilled at crafting executive-level updates and influencing cross-functional stakeholders through compelling storytelling.
- Organized and disciplined project manager, able to juggle multiple priorities and ensure high-quality execution.
- Builds trust and credibility with senior leaders and peers; consistently exercises sound judgment and discretion.
- Demonstrated success leading initiatives without formal authority, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
- Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring both vision and follow-through.
- Growth-minded, adaptable, and resourceful, thrives in dynamic environments and eager to develop into future leadership roles.
