This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.  

We’re seeking an Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role will focus on ParrotAI, Advisor360°’s cutting-edge AI-powered productivity tool that helps wealth management firms streamline compliance, client engagement, and advisor workflows.

Here’s What You’ll Do: 

  • Own the full sales cycle for ParrotAI, from prospecting through close, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise wealth management firms.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and developing account strategies.
  • Lead discovery sessions with executives, advisors, and operations teams to understand business challenges and demonstrate how ParrotAI creates measurable value.
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations that showcase ParrotAI’s capabilities in compliance automation, productivity, and client engagement.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and Solutions Architects to design tailored proposals and solution recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage deal cycles, and consistently exceed quota expectations.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams to inform ParrotAI’s roadmap and positioning in the market.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Advisor360°, representing our vision for the future of AI in WealthTech.

What You Bring to the Table: 

  • 5–7 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within fintech, WealthTech, or adjacent verticals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a consultative sales environment.
  • Experience selling AI-driven or data-rich SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management, broker-dealers, RIAs, or compliance workflows.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills—comfortable engaging with both C-suite and frontline advisors.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Solutions, Product, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions.
  • A growth mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $97,000 – $115,000 + bonus & equity.
