Summary Generated by Built In

Corcoran is one of the most iconic names in luxury real estate — a brand synonymous with market expertise, white-glove service, and an unmatched network of agents and clients across the world's most coveted markets.

The Chief of Staff to President & CEO of Corcoran, is a rare and consequential role at the heart of the business. You are a sophisticated operator and strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of high-level vision and flawless execution — equally comfortable shaping enterprise strategy and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you will serve as a trusted extension of her leadership, working across the full breadth of the Corcoran organization to drive alignment, accelerate priorities, and deliver results that matter.

This role demands someone who moves with urgency and precision, earns trust quickly, and brings genuine curiosity about the luxury real estate business. You will be expected to think bigger, act faster, and operate at a higher standard than you have before — all while projecting the calm authority and discretion that Corcoran's brand and culture require.

This is a broad and high-visibility role spanning strategic planning, executive communications, operational excellence, change management, and leadership of the company's most critical cross-functional initiatives. It demands someone who establishes credibility fast, influences without a title, and becomes the kind of thought partner that senior leaders actively seek out.

You will step into rooms representing Corcoran with agents, internal teams, and external stakeholders with the strong authority and judgment in unison with the President & CEO. You are as comfortable navigating ambiguity as you are driving clarity, and you understand that operating at the center of a complex, high-performing organization requires both sharp instincts and exceptional discretion.

Ultimately, this role exists to extend the President & CEO’s reach, sharpen the organization's thinking, and help shape the strategic trajectory of one of real estate's most storied brands.

      What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years driving high-stakes initiatives and programs directly alongside C-Suite leaders — with a demonstrable record of organizational impact
  • Razor-sharp critical thinker who balances rigorous analysis with strategic instinct, operational fluency, and strong interpersonal intelligence
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment — expertly juggling competing priorities, making smart trade-offs, and staying relentlessly focused on outcomes
  • Equally commanding in a room of top-producing agents or a boardroom of senior executives — a natural influencer who moves people and agendas with clarity and conviction
