The Chief of Staff role is a very strategic role within CTDI’s senior executive leadership. The Chief of Staff is a strategic business partner aligned with a CTDI executive and engages in all business-related activities under that executive’s office. This position is the Chief of Staff to COO office and the supporting organization. This position will oversee the day-to-day running of his office, as well as support major business projects, implementations, operations and other functional areas on behalf of the COO.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall “to-do list” and ensuring business tasks and priorities are achieved
- Responsible for overall calendar / meetings / travel, including attending meetings as required
- Manage all email and calendar / meeting schedules
- Ability to engage with Senior Leadership as a business partner on a daily basis
- Provide succinct and executive level readouts on a variety of topics
- Ensure effective internal and external communications and accountability for key deliverables
- Monitor, escalate and help to implement actions related to business and operational metrics such as KPI’s and P&L
- Support customer engagement, communications, meetings, RFQs, etc.
- Manage and support special projects (internal or external) as required
- All other duties assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of senior level business experience such as program management and/or operations including P&L and KPI management
- Strong understanding of CTDI’s business and structure / organization
- Demonstrates strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, adapt to changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Efficiently manage competing project and priorities with strong time-management skills.
- Proficient skills using MS Office with strong experience using Excel.
- The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Customer-facing experience a plus

- Standard Office Environment.
- May be required to work long and unpredictable hours.
- Occasional travel required
