In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the CIO and senior management, working closely with the Data, R&D, and business applications teams to take on end-to-end responsibility and oversee all the processes, projects, and initiatives of the Data and IS Technologies department.

In this strategic position, you will work closely with leadership to create a meaningful impact. In addition to managing high-complexity projects from initiation to closure, you will manage ongoing processes, including monitoring the budget, management & group cadences and more. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with leadership, management, R&D, finance, and other departments to understand & enable the execution of their requirements. This role plays a key part in creating a strong communication of timeframes, milestones, priorities, plans, and more within the Data and IS Technologies group.


About The Role:

  • Structure complex, ambiguous technical & strategic problems for Monday’s Data & IS Technologies leadership team
  • Track record in driving operational excellence, with experience in planning, creating, and managing schedules and budgets.
  • Establish and execute the Data & IS Technologies projects road map and reporting
  • Implement project management methodologies and ceremonies 
  • KPIs – set up, se data & insights to, ongoing monitoring and tracking improvement actions
  • Project leader - manages cross-functional projects and builds consensus with senior leadership across the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to navigate, network, and lead by influence across organizations and levels.
  • IT budget – compile the annual budget, provide ongoing analysis and reporting for IT management
  • Collaboration - Knowledge sharing/management processes
  • IT Governance and compliance – establish cross-planning, controls and quality processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in managing a similar position – OCIO/PMO/Project managers/Planning & Control units
  • Passion and high ability to lead cross-organization processes, from initiation to full execution and follow-up, with multiple interfaces, including globally
  • Ability to comprehend multiple requirements and create an end-to-end process
  • A highly independent way of work, yet a great team player!
  • Experience in working with senior managers and understanding their needs alongside promoting your goals
  • Familiarity with Tech operations, Information technologies, Data and Analytics
  • Capability to work with multiple interfaces throughout the organization 
  • PMI/PMP/PMO background
  • SAAS world experience 
  • Multitasking ability for managing several missions simultaneously
  • Presentation design skills
  • Excellent English
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
