Your Responsibilities
- Lead and execute key growth-focused projects that have a critical impact on FINN (e.g. enabling customers to trade in their existing vehicle when becoming a FINN customer).
- Spar directly with our CGO and discuss strategic topics, current challenges and future projects to continue to drive FINN’s growth journey that took us to over €150m ARR in less than 4 years.
- Own department operations for FINN’s Growth department, which includes e.g. recurring leadership and department all-hands meetings.
- Help attract and recruit new talents for key positions in the Growth department by supporting recruiting efforts such as interviewing and employer branding.
Your Profile
- 4+ years of professional experience in a high-performance environment. Experience in a Marketing or Sales adjacent function is a plus.
- Highly effective in individually contributing and running strategic projects independently.
- High level of energy, great work ethic and hands-on mentality.
- Analytical, data-driven way of thinking to quickly get to the bottom of complex facts.
- Excellent business sense and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong command of office tools (slides, spreadsheets, docs) with an eye for detail and appealing design.
- Full proficiency in English. German is a plus.
