Role OverviewThis role will work directly with the Founder & CEO, acting as a strategic and operational partner.
As Chief of Staff, you will ensure priorities are executed, projects are coordinated, and the company stays aligned while we scale rapidly.
- Support the CEO with priorities, meeting preparation, reports, and decision-making.
- Drive OKR and KPI processes; ensure alignment across departments.
- Prepare investor reports, board decks, and support due diligence processes.
- Conduct competitive research and market intelligence; prepare strategy briefs and recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives (sales–product–customer success).
- Support hiring processes and onboarding in collaboration with Finance/Ops.
- Regularly analyze and report key business metrics (revenue, pipeline, churn, customer insights).
- 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, investment banking, or scale-up/startup ops.
- Strong background in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel/Sheets, KPI reporting).
- Proven ability in project and process management.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Hands-on mindset: able to handle both strategic and operational tasks.
- High trust, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.
