Position Summary

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all revenue-generating activities throughout the organization. This includes leadership of sales, pricing strategy, marketing collaboration, customer support alignment, and business development initiatives designed to maximize revenue and accelerate sustainable growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO will develop and execute strategic growth initiatives, build and lead high-performing teams, identify new market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure alignment across all revenue-generating departments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Partner with executive leadership to execute the company's strategic growth plans and identify future opportunities.
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies designed to drive long-term business growth and profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Utilize business metrics and performance data to guide strategic decision-making.

Revenue & Sales Leadership

  • Ensure performance, alignment, and accountability across all revenue-generating functions.
  • Lead and develop the sales organization to drive growth across all customer segments.
  • Monitor revenue pipelines, sales forecasts, and lead generation performance while making adjustments to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Expand market reach through strategic partnerships and scalable growth initiatives.

Customer Experience & Market Strategy

  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to develop pricing strategies, messaging, and business models that support growth objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs and market feedback are incorporated into service and product development initiatives.
  • Help shape customer experience strategies that increase retention, satisfaction, and long-term value.

Team Development & Organizational Leadership

  • Build and foster innovative, high-performing teams aligned with Cash Depot's culture and values.
  • Create accountability and performance standards across revenue-generating departments.
  • Identify and resolve challenges across sales, marketing, and account management functions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and strategic business discussions with partners and customers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Extensive experience leading sales, marketing, business development, or revenue organizations.
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue through new product development, branding, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
  • Significant experience with P&L management and executive-level decision-making.
  • Experience developing and executing business strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent executive leadership experience.
