How you will make an impact
- Lead and govern the end-to-end automation product backlog across AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Application Development squads focused on medical coding, CDI, denials prevention, and care quality.
- Ensure clarity, precision, and completeness of requirements by coaching Product Owners to translate complex healthcare revenue cycle use cases into actionable specifications designed for AI and data scientist consumption.
- Align backlog priorities with executive leadership and R&D strategy, ensuring automation initiatives deliver measurable business value, regulatory compliance, and customer impact
- Drive execution accountability across squads, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure on-time delivery of automation capabilities
- Establish and operationalize performance metrics, including model accuracy, model improvement velocity, cost efficiency per chart, and system-level KPI tracking for automation outcomes
- Leverage the latest technology to maximize yours and the teams' performance and efficiency
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Seven (7) years of senior product ownership experience.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of Fourteen (14) years of product ownership experience.
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- 5 years of experience managing automation requirements for AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, NLP teams
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and product operations
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline from an accredited institution
- Demonstrable experience in healthcare revenue cycle
- Skills include strong executive communication, systems thinking, cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
