The Chief Product Officer will lead Loom Solar’s complete product portfolio and strategy across solar, energy storage, power electronics, EV charging, and new energy products. Responsibilities include customer and market research, portfolio planning, product roadmaps, business cases, pricing, product requirements, stage-gate development, launches, lifecycle management, quality, serviceability, partnerships, and team building. The role requires close collaboration with executive, engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and service teams to deliver commercially successful products.

The CPO will identify customer needs, market opportunities and technology trends and convert

them into high-quality, differentiated and commercially successful products.

The CPO will own the product lifecycle:

Customer Need → Market Research → Product Strategy → Roadmap → Business Case

→ Development → Launch → Scale → Product Lifecycle

The CPO will work closely with the CEO, CBO, COO, CFO, CTO/Head of Engineering,

3. Product Strategy

Develop Loom Solar's 3-year and 5-year product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Identify high-growth product categories.

• Analyze market size and customer needs.

• Identify competitive gaps.

• Define product positioning.

• Build product portfolio architecture.

• Define product investment priorities.

• Decide build vs buy vs OEM vs JV.• Identify products that should be discontinued.

• Create product differentiation strategy.

Own the company-wide product roadmap.
