Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Operational Leadership: Augment the OpsX VP’s vision and reach by identifying high priority workstreams, anticipating risks, and driving consistency in execution and tracking across all global segments.
  • Cross-Company Initiative Ownership: Independently lead high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives such as Read Across programs, Lean/Quality AI integration, and the orchestration of the Lean Business System development.
  • Strategy Deployment & Coordination: Support the Hoshin Kanri corporate leader in the coordination, deployment, and operationalization of Hoshin Kanri (strategy deployment), ensuring global alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Governance & Process Design: Implement and manage structured governance models to ensure process adoption, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide strategic input on supply chain and operations design to shape long-term value for customers and the enterprise.
  • Systems Thinking & Analytics: Process complex information to identify interdependencies, assess trade-offs, and make data-driven recommendations. Partner with Digital Technology (DT) teams to refine operational KPIs and dashboards.
  • Change Management: Facilitate Kaizen teams and lead cross-functional workshops to solve systemic issues, ensuring a "One Team" mindset throughout the change process.
