Teltonika’s manufacturing facilities produce and assemble our devices, from prototyping to high-volume serial production. We use advanced automation and robotics to turn complex ideas into complete products.

As COO, you will be responsible for improving organizational effectiveness, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring that core operational, administrative, compliance, and support processes are structured, scalable, and efficient. During the initial phase, your primary focus will be on reviewing and strengthening HR, administrative, legal compliance, documentation, facility management, and other business support functions across multiple locations.

This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, building sustainable processes, and turning strategic decisions into practical execution.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze existing group-wide operational processes and identify areas requiring improvement, standardization, or greater efficiency.
  • Review administrative, documentation, legal compliance, and governance processes, ensuring they are clearly defined, properly managed, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Develop and implement operational standards, procedures, governance frameworks, and performance control mechanisms.
  • Identify process duplication, inefficiencies, operational risks, and bottlenecks, initiating and driving corrective actions.
  • Establish greater clarity around responsibilities, decision-making processes, and information flows across different group companies, departments, and locations.
  • Contribute to the development of centralized and shared service models supporting the organization's continued growth.
  • Oversee business support functions, including administration, HR administration, facilities management, workplace services, documentation management, and related operational areas.
  • Ensure efficient onboarding infrastructure and workplace readiness processes, including cooperation with IT and internal support teams.
  • Coordinate organizational change initiatives and ensure effective implementation of agreed actions and improvements.
  • Work closely with business leaders, internal teams, and external partners to solve operational challenges and strengthen organizational performance.
  • Take ownership of additional operational excellence and organizational effectiveness initiatives based on business priorities.

What we expect of you:

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in operations, administration, business support, shared services, or other critical organizational functions.
  • Higher education in Engineering, Electronics, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing, optimizing, and standardizing business processes across multiple functions or locations.
  • Strong understanding of organizational governance, compliance, documentation management, labor relations administration, and business operations.
  • Experience leading complex change initiatives and driving cross-functional transformation projects.
  • Ability to view the organization holistically and understand the interdependencies between different business functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, teams, and external partners.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a strong focus on execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment where not all structures and responsibilities are predefined.
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to ensure that identified improvements are successfully implemented.
  • Professional proficiency in both Lithuanian and English.

What we offer:

  • Private health insurance after 6 months of employment.
  • Complimentary snacks provided once a week.
  • An additional vacation day on your birthday after 1 year of employment.
  • Loyalty bonus for employees celebrating 5, 10, or 15 years with the company.
  • Summer festivals, Christmas events, team-building activities, and other company-sponsored events.
  • Employee referral program with bonuses for successful hires within the Teltonika group.
  • Birthday and Christmas gifts for employees.
  • Awards and prizes for Kaizen initiatives and achievements in internal competitions and events.
