We're looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who is both visionary and hands-on. Our CMO will be a brand builder, digital growth driver, and AI-savvy leader ready to scale our impact worldwide.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Pebl is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a keen focus on strategic growth. The successful candidate will be a key player in unlocking value through deep customer and business insights, C-level strategy, and digital growth execution.

Our CMO will develop an integrated marketing strategy that targets both business partners and end-consumers. This role involves overseeing brand building, campaign execution, budget management, and cross-departmental collaboration to drive brand awareness, generate leads, foster loyalty, and achieve revenue growth by aligning marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.


How You'll Make an Impact:

Strategic Marketing:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for a broad audience of HR, Legal, and Finance professionals, along with defining, maintaining, and enhancing the company's brand identity and consistent messaging across all B2B and B2C touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.

Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, demand generation, and promotional activities, for both enterprise and consumer segments.

Champion the customer, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met across all marketing efforts to build loyalty and repeat business.

Data & Analytics:

Utilize data-driven insights from market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team to foster collaboration and drive collective success. Work closely with sales, product development, and finance to create seamless customer journeys and achieve shared business outcomes.

Budget & ROI:

Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure marketing initiatives deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).

Strategic Communication:

Develop, implement, and oversee a marketing communications and public relations plan that aligns with the company's overall business strategy. Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers and act as the company's primary spokesperson. Develop and oversee the company's social media strategies, content development and digital outreach.


Let's Connect If You

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years as a CMO in a high-growth environment.
    • Extra credit for work in the HR tech space.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing marketing strategies that drove significant, measurable growth and market presence.
  • Experience leading and managing large, globally distributed teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in modern marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • High financial acumen to manage budgets, forecast needs, and optimize ROI.
  • Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced and frequently changing market landscape.
  • Proficiency in interpreting complex data and distilling it into clear, actionable strategies.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to translate market insights into effective campaigns.
