Cure Bionics is a mission-driven MedTech startup creating 3D-printed, adjustable, and affordable bionic limbs for children and adults with limb differences. Our vision is to democratize access to bionic technology across Africa, the Middle East, and underserved communities globally. With recent milestones including CE certification, active pilots in multiple countries, and a growing product line, we’re entering a new stage of growth—and we’re looking for an ambitious and creative CMO to amplify our story.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a bold, strategic, and hands-on Chief Marketing Officer to lead all marketing efforts—branding, digital, content, partnerships, PR, and growth. You will craft and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to build global awareness, drive lead generation, grow our user base, and strengthen our impact.
You will manage internal and external marketing resources, represent Cure Bionics on global stages, and co-create inspiring content and campaigns that bring hope and innovation to life for our users. The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist with strong digital acumen, emotional intelligence, and a passion for inclusion and innovation.
Your Key Responsibilities🔎 Strategy & Leadership
Build and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
Define Cure Bionics’ brand voice and positioning across diverse markets
Lead a small but mighty marketing team (staff + freelancers + interns)
Coordinate closely with the CEO, sales, product, and international partners
📈 Lead Generation & Growth
Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Drive traffic to lead-gen forms and product pages
Track and optimize metrics: traffic, CPL, conversion rate, ROI
📣 Content & Communications
Manage content marketing and storytelling based on our user-centered mission
Lead media relations and PR to secure coverage nationally and internationally
Oversee blog, website, email campaigns (Mailchimp/HubSpot), and social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
💡 Innovation & Brand Building
Develop partnerships with global influencers, disability advocates, and media outlets
Execute marketing for product launches, pilots, and awareness events
Champion user-generated content and co-creation with prosthetic users
📊 Data & Analysis
Own marketing analytics dashboards and tools (GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Run A/B tests, evaluate campaign performance, and iterate continuously
Report monthly on KPIs and marketing ROI
🌍 Global Events & Representation
Represent Cure Bionics at tech, health, and disability innovation events worldwide
Build strategic alliances with NGOs, media houses, and government stakeholders
Lead marketing efforts for pilots in other countries
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
6+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 2+ in a leadership role
Proven success in digital marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics
Experience growing social platforms and executing paid social/search campaigns
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
Familiarity with SEO, CRM tools, web analytics, and creative software
Experience in a startup or scaling organization
Passion for social impact, disability inclusion, and ethical storytelling
Experience in MedTech, assistive tech, or healthtech industries
B2B and B2G marketing experience
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and inclusive design
International campaign experience (Africa, Middle EAST, Europe)
Video editing or basic visual design skills (Canva, Premiere, Figma, etc)
