Our client is an e-commerce technology company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Lead the overall marketing strategy and execution, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are aligned with business growth objectives in a Tech environment.
- Develop and elevate brand positioning, driving consistent and impactful branding across all channels.
- Own the planning and execution of events (online & offline) to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives.
- Build and expand strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, platforms, and ecosystems to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in messaging, pipeline generation, and go-to-market execution.
- Establish and grow the in-house marketing team from scratch, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop and manage a network of external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives effectively.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies.
- Contribute directly to business development efforts through marketing-driven initiatives and partnership channels.
- Own and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a tech company.
- Strong experience in branding, event management, and partnership development.
- Proven track record in building and scaling marketing teams.
- Solid understanding of modern marketing channels, tools, and growth strategies in the tech ecosystem.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English for communication and documentation.
