support, and customer communication. This leader shapes the AI agenda from a commercial and market
perspective, not a technical one.

• Own go-to-market strategy - Develop and refine go-to-market packaging, solution narratives, and
competitive positioning for the lending vertical across banking and NBFC segments in target markets

vertical executes with coherence and speed
Requirements
• 20+ years in lending across banks, fintechs, or enterprise platform providers — with a career arc that
moves from technical/product foundations to commercial leadership
• Demonstrated ownership of shadow P&L or revenue targets for a lending vertical or product line,
with a measurable track record of driving business growth — not just influencing outcomes, but also
directly accountable for performance
• Techno-commercial profile with early career grounding in engineering, product development, or
technology delivery — credibility in having built or shipped product before transitioning into
commercial and strategic leadership
• Deep expertise in end-to-end credit products — consumer, SME, and commercial lending across
origination, underwriting, decisioning, pricing, servicing, and collections — and a strong
understanding of how banks and NBFCs buy, implement, and scale these solutions
• Experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders at tier-1 banks, large NBFCs, and financial
institutions across India, MEA, SEA, and/or US markets
• Strong understanding of lending regulations, compliance frameworks, and credit risk policies —
KYC/AML, credit bureau integrations, and regional regulatory nuances across key markets
• Familiarity with BPM, ECM, low-code platforms, and AI applications in lending — enough to credibly
shape product direction and client conversations.
