16. Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures where necessary.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree in computer will be preferred.

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA or PMP may be preferred.

Relevant Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector for more than four years.

• Baking Experience.

• Digitalization Experience.

• Familiarity with Islamic Banking and Products.

Skills & Competences:

• Strong technical knowledge in infrastructure/system administration, networking, application development, IT security, and database management.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technology challenges.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to banking technology.

Skills Required
