Perform customer pre-screening and sanctions screening using DMS and Compliance Link; review alerts, document and upload screening forms, report suspicious activity, support audits, prepare MIS, monitor email, and perform other compliance tasks per SOP.

Manage day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems. Lead a team of facilities engineers and technicians, assign and prioritize work orders, and implement preventative maintenance. Perform diagnostics and repairs on chillers, boilers, generators, and BAS; ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and budget/vendor coordination. Provide training, emergency response coverage, and support project planning and execution.

Maintain and reconcile risk exposure base data (credit, liquidity, funding), perform data quality checks and analysis, prepare accurate risk reports, support risk reporting processes, enforce unit policies and controls, liaise with internal stakeholders, and report to the Risk Manager/Chief Risk Officer.
