We’re looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our information security strategy, manage cybersecurity risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales:

  • Develop and Implement Security Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive information security strategy that protects Lusha’s assets, data, and reputation.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks to the organization. Conduct regular security risk assessments and audits.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including GDPR, ISO 27001, and other applicable frameworks.
  • Incident Response: Develop and maintain an incident response plan. Lead response efforts for security incidents and breaches, conducting post-incident analysis and implementing improvements.
  • Security Awareness: Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. Conduct regular training sessions and security drills for employees.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with R&D, IT, DevOps, and product teams to ensure security is embedded in all aspects of the company’s operations.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee the evaluation and management of third-party vendors to ensure they meet our security requirements.
  • Customer Security Requirements: Work with our sales team and answering customers security questionnaires and requirements.
  • Budget Management: Manage the information security budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for security tools, personnel, and initiatives.

Here’s what we need from you:

  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in information security, including 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of network and application security, cloud security, cryptography, and security architectures. Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
