Description

We are seeking an experienced, forward-looking Chief Information Officer to lead the company's technology function and serve as a strategic business partner. The CIO will define and execute the company's IT strategy, optimize core enterprise systems, and champion the adoption of emerging technologies—with artificial intelligence at the center—to create measurable business value. As a member of the executive leadership team, the CIO will help shape the company's technology direction while enabling business growth, operational excellence, and innovation.

The company recently completed a major transformation, replacing its legacy platform with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, which is now fully operational. The CIO will build on this foundation by ensuring reliable and secure operations, maximizing the value of the ERP investment, leading the implementation of a new enterprise service management platform, and driving the responsible adoption of AI across the organization.

Security is central to this role. In addition to protecting internal systems, the company manages infrastructure for thousands of managed-services customers, making security and compliance critical to both the business and customer trust. The CIO will own the overall security agenda, with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) reporting into the role, and will be responsible for maintaining compliance.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and is equally comfortable defining strategy, leading enterprise-wide initiatives, and driving operational excellence.
