- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Proven track record of strategic financial planning and execution at a senior management level
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and accounting principles
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
- Experience working in a mission-driven healthcare organization
- Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement models and regulatory environments
