The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Purpose Home Health Parent will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for steering the financial strategy and health of the organization. This role demands a visionary leader who can develop and execute comprehensive financial plans that align with the company’s mission and long-term goals. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. By leveraging data-driven insights, the CFO will identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and risk mitigation to enhance organizational performance. Ultimately, the CFO will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable profitability and supporting the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional home health services.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies that support the company’s objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to provide actionable insights to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Manage all aspects of financial operations including accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and financial integrity.
  • Develop and maintain strategic profit models to evaluate business opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor organizational performance through key financial metrics and operational data, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align financial goals with operational initiatives and market dynamics.
  • Provide executive leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably within the healthcare or home health industry.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial planning and execution at a senior management level.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and accounting principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
  • Experience working in a mission-driven healthcare organization.
  • Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement models and regulatory environments.
  • Proficiency with advanced financial software and data analytics tools.
