- Develop operational excellence across Finance, Legal, Tax, and FP&A teams.
- Served as exec-team leader in a €100–500m scale-up, overseeing significant international growth in EU and US, and strategic pivots.
- Proven success in transforming teams, processes, and systems.
- Coaching-based leadership focused on talent development, engagement, and succession planning.
- Belgium-based (minimum 25% Antwerp, 10% Amsterdam presence required).
- Track record as a strategic enabler in a product/marketing-led business.
- Experience managing Legal/Governance.
- Successfully led VC/PE funding rounds, IPOs, M&A, or extensive due diligence.
