We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations during this pivotal stage of growth. Responsibilities:- Lead all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure organizational sustainability.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow in a lean operational environment.
- Identify and secure funding opportunities, including debt financing, grants, or investor capital.
- Implement and oversee technology-driven financial systems, leveraging AI tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and insight.
- Partner with operational teams to align financial strategy with mission objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements, including audits and tax filings.
- Advise on strategic business decisions and potential growth initiatives.
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader, preferably in legal services, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors.
- Expertise in financial strategy, fundraising, debt financing, and managing tight budgets.
- Strong technological proficiency, including comfort with AI tools and advanced financial systems.

- Base salary of $200,000 per year
