We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead our office in Mexico City, Mexico. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving business growth, accelerating sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and representing Teltonika in the Mexican market. 

Teltonika’s headquarters, run by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high-tech companies operating under the Teltonika brand, as well as all representative offices worldwide. 

Teltonika provides an opportunity for an experienced and visionary leader to shape market strategy, expand commercial opportunities, build high-performing teams, and directly impact the long-term success of a fast-growing global IoT organization. 


In this role, you will: 

  • Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustainable profitability.  
  • Drive sales strategy and execution, with a strong focus on increasing sales volume, market share, and revenue streams across Mexico.  
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts to accelerate business expansion.  
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales organization, establishing clear targets, pipelines, and accountability for results.  
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate business and commercial strategies that support long-term growth in the Mexican market.  
  • Provide quarterly performance reports, including KPIs, sales metrics, pipeline health, risks, and mitigation plans, to the Group Executive Team.  
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align local execution with global strategy.  
  • Ensure the financial health of local operations by making data-driven decisions that optimize profitability and sustainability.  
  • Lead, build, and develop local teams, fostering a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture.  
  • Establish clear performance expectations and conduct structured performance reviews with senior leadership team members.  
  • Fulfill and exceed sales and cost targets set by the Head of the Region.  
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes, tools, and training programs aligned with global standards.  
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to strengthen go-to-market strategies and enhance customer acquisition and retention.  
  • Prepare, review, and approve client contracts in accordance with applicable Mexican laws and regulations.  
  • Adapt global strategies to local market conditions, cultural nuances, and customer behavior.  
  • Represent Teltonika professionally, strengthening both the employer brand and commercial presence within the local business community.  
  • Ensure sustainable growth and operational scalability of the Mexican office.  
  • Oversee compliance with regional regulatory, tax, logistics, and international shipping requirements.  
  • Monitor global economic trends and assess their impact on local and international business operations.  


What we expect of you: 

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business operations, general management, or commercial leadership with full P&L responsibility.  
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets.  
  • Strong business development experience, including building partnerships and closing high-value deals.  
  • Fluency in English.  
  • Strong knowledge of office operations, administrative systems, and business processes.  
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills.  
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles, local legal requirements, data management, and compliance practices.  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial, sales, and operational data.  
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and clients.  
  • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue forecasting, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.  
  • Proven ability to implement group-wide initiatives at the local level.  
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional and commercial teams in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments.
