Responsibilities Include:

Du entwickelst und optimierst Lackformulierungen nach betriebsüblichen Methoden.

Du bereitest Lacke vor, rechnest Formulierungen durch und setzt sie eigenständig an.

Du beschichtest Proben eigenständig mit verschiedenen Techniken wie Sprühen, Tauchen oder Rackeln.

Du führst Standard- und Referenzprüfungen durch, z. B. Salzsprühtest, QUV oder Pendelhärter.

Du analysierst Oberflächen und bestimmst wichtige Eigenschaften wie Oberflächenenergie oder Reibungskoeffizienten.

Du applizierst und testest Produkte sowie Hilfsstoffe nach definierten Vorgaben.

Du arbeitest an der Optimierung bestehender und der Entwicklung neuer Rezepturen und Verfahren.

Du unterstützt Innovationsprojekte der BU CAS/PE und entwickelst neue Prüfmethoden.

Du dokumentierst deine Versuchsergebnisse, wertest sie aus und erstellst Berichte in Deutsch und Englisch.

Du unterstützt QM-Prozesse und sorgst für die Qualitätssicherung, z. B. durch Prüfmittelüberwachung oder die Erstellung von Anweisungen.

Du organisierst den Versand von Mustermaterialien und stellst Labormaterialien bereit.

Du wartest und kalibrierst Prüfgeräte und hältst den Kontakt zu Herstellern.

Du stellst die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Labor sicher.
Qualifications:

Du bist erfolgreich in der Position, wenn du nachfolgende Qualifikationen erfüllst:

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lacklaborant/in oder Chemielaborant/in

Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Laborant/in (m/w/d) mit

Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Formulierung und Anwendung von Farben und Lacken sowie in der Prüfung von Beschichtungsprodukten, idealerweise verfügst du über allgemeine Kenntnisse von Silikonchemie

Du hast Erfahrung in der Beschichtung von Musterplatten, insbesondere im Sprühverfahren

Du besitzt starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Problemlösungsdenken

Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und präzise und organisierst dich gut
-
Du bist kreativ und motiviert, neue Methoden und Technologien zu erlernen

Du bist teamfähig, zuverlässig und hast die Ausdauer, um anspruchsvolle Aufgaben zu meistern

Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Du kannst unter Anleitung arbeiten und stimmst dich gerne mit interdisziplinären Teams ab

Du beherrschst Microsoft Word, Excel (inkl. Tabellen- und Diagrammerstellung) und PowerPoint sicher

Du hast erste Erfahrung mit SAP
