If you’re looking to be part of a team driving the latest food trends across Australia, we have various permanent and some casual opportunities available for experienced and qualified Chefs working a FIFO 2:1 roster out of Sydney to our NSW sites.
Who are we looking for?
If you have a passion for food, thrive in fast-paced environments delivering food to the highest standards, have strong interpersonal skills and love working alongside a team, we want you! To be successful, you’ll need:
- Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR have relevant Energy & Resources Chef experience, be currently residing in Australia & seeking Visa sponsorship
- Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume cooking)
- A strong understanding of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness (Food Safety Supervisor Certificate required for all Chefs)
- Strong cooking and food preparation skills including knife skills are essential
- Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts
