We’re on the lookout for passionate and experienced Chefs to join our teams across regional New South Wale on FIFO rosters from Sydney. Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
- Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking)
- Food Safety Supervisors Certificate (Current)
- Previous FIFO Chef experience is highly desired but not essential
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP
- Prior Line Chef experience highly desirable
- Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR relevant bulk cooking experienced applicants seeking potential Visa sponsorship
Working on-site with our teams means you’ll be working 11 hours per day on a 2:1 roster (two weeks at work and one week at home).
