We’re seeking Expressions of Interest from passionate Chefs for future DIDO opportunities on a 5:2 roster.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing and producing high-quality meals across breakfast, crib, dinner and desserts, ensuring all food safety standards are consistently upheld.
You’ll work within a professional kitchen environment where safety, teamwork and quality are essential. Following Sodexo’s food safety and workplace procedures will be a key part of your daily routine.
QualificationsYou thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure and bring a can-do attitude to every shift. You will ideally possess:
A Trade Certificate (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
Experience cooking for large numbers (bulk, production or banquet experience highly regarded)
The flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts as required
A positive attitude and passion for delivering great food
