The Role

Prepare and deliver high-quality food across the hotel’s Italian restaurant, events, and in-room dining operations. Chefs will work across kitchen sections, maintain hygiene and food safety standards, manage stock and ordering, support smooth kitchen operations, and contribute to an energetic, team-focused environment. Full-time and casual roles are available from Sous Chef to Cook level.
