We are searching for a Check-In/Check-Out Representative to join our Raymond Clinic!
Purpose
The Check-In/Check-Out Representative is an important team member supporting the reception department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health (FCH). The Check-In/Check-Out Representative shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients with the FCH check-in and checkout processes at appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations.
Schedule - 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday daytime shifts, with the opportunity for evenings and rotating Saturdays.

Education
- High School/GED
Experience
- 2 or more years customer service experience required; previous medical office experience preferred, and previous call center experience preferred.
Licensure / Certification:
- Certified Medical Interpreter, preferred.

- We require immunizations for all staff to include an annual influenza vaccine as a requisite for employment. Newly hired staff who are not able to be vaccinated due to medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs must apply for vaccination exemption prior to employment.
Skills Required
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous medical office experience
- Previous call center experience
- Certified Medical Interpreter certification
- Required staff immunizations, including an annual influenza vaccine, or an approved exemption
