Act as a Digital Experience liaison to multiple DTNA departments in regards to CHEC tool use and emerging needs. Communicating vocational Truck Equipment Manufacturers' (TEM's – also known as Truck Body Builders) support needs to DTNA engineering and service, as well as provide support to TEM's during upfit process.Posting Information

Inside the Role
- Secondary point of contact for the TEM’s, dealers, and customers as it relates to CHEC and custom parameter development.
- Clarify, define and develop technical requirements for custom parameter capabilities and features.
- Support validation of CHEC tool capabilities and features prior to service deployment.
- Support working with Customer Assistance Center, Vocational Sales, and partner TEM's to integrate CHEC.
- Liaise with CHEC, Digital Experience, Mechatronics, Vocational Engineering, CAC and other DTNA functions concerning CHEC and multiplexing.
- Occasional on-site support for TEMS, especially during launch. As well as new customers and complicated builds on a case by case basis.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- BS/BA Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics) and prefer 2-4 years of relevant experience required
- Electrical background/aptitude with some knowledge of DTNA body controllers required. Example: M2 architecture, 47X/49X architecture, and FCCC/TBB applications (Bulkhead Module, Chassis Module, SmartPlex, Expansion modules, Recreational Vehicle Modules, CEEA+)
- Some level of understanding of electronic control parameters, electrical harness pin management, and control systems, and switch and gauge processes required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40%

- This position can be based in either Portland, OR or Ft Mill, SC. Flexibility to work Pacific Time zone hours due to customer support and field application is preferred.
- Understanding of electrical validation and troubleshooting.
- Customer service background.
