About the job:
· Play a key role in monitoring overall financial performance and supporting operations by providing accurate data and supporting the decision-making process for Digital Function.
· Be accountable of operational controlling activities for Digital.
· Be the key partner of Digital teams, be exposed to a very dynamic, global, changing and fast-moving environment.
Main responsibilities:
Be a Business Partner for Digital Team.
· Support Digital teams in their decision-making process based on sound judgment, finance expertise and business acumen.
· Partner with Digital teams to provide a financial perspective on the analysis and evaluation of opportunities.
· Lead ad hoc projects.
Focus on financial performance:
· Ensure closing and business reports are created on-time and with accuracy, in compliance with the reporting calendar issued by Corporate.
· Monitor, drive and report the business performance in coordination with the Financial Performance Lead and Digital teams ensuring that leadership team has access to accurate, timely and relevant financial data and key metrics.
· Analyze monthly figures and support the preparation of the Monthly Performance Reviews: monitor performance vs set targets and defined KPIs, identify gaps vs. plan – in collaboration with local teams.
· Develop a very good knowledge of the reporting and financial tools and processes (TM1, ERPs systems, E-Buy/Leo, etc.) to deliver efficient and lean processes.
Lead budget & forecast
· Support the financial processes in forecast/budget periods: run of scenarios based on Global guidelines and target, prepare the reviews, ensure consistency of information and data, identify risks and opportunities.
· Challenge Business assumptions and ensure consistency of the forecasts from a finance standpoint.
· Monitor against forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
About you:
· 7+ Years’ experience in Controlling
· Strong financial and analytical skills.
· Strong rigor and ability to multi-task and to organize, manage and prioritize deadlines.
· Ability to challenge the status quo and identify more proficient ways of working.
· Collaborative and highly proactive attitude.
· Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to combine and present complex information in a simple manner
· Solid communication skills.
· Pack Office/SAP/TM1/PowerBI is a plus.
· Fluent written and spoken English.
