The role

We are looking for an experienced CHB & Transport Manager to join our organization based in Sri Lanka.

As the CHB & Transport Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand an effective customs brokerage service offering and identify target client markets.

• Provide leadership for customs brokerage operation and manage departmental performance using a range of objective operational and financial measures.

• Develop strategic partnerships with all internal departments to cultivate and develop new business.

• Build, lead and develop a strong, results-oriented team.

• Attended weekly / monthly review meetings with Country Leadership.

• Ensure that day to day activities embrace sustainability, health and safety environment in the work place.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience : min 5 years on Custom House Brokerage or Transport

• Qualification : Any Graduate / Diploma in Shipping , Logistics or Customs.

• Location : Sri Lanka
