Responsibilities
- Safely transport residents to scheduled activities, appointments, and outings as assigned.
- Observe all traffic laws, speed limits, and road signs at all times.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance, including refueling, checking tire pressure and oil levels, refilling washer fluid, and reporting any maintenance concerns.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentable condition of the vehicle’s interior and exterior.
- Carry out general maintenance and light cleaning duties as assigned to support the overall upkeep and appearance of The Edward, including common areas and facility grounds.
- Perform concierge duties such as greeting residents and guests, and supporting daily resident needs to enhance overall service and satisfaction.
- Perform other related tasks as needed to ensure the continuity and quality of services provided to residents.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Class 5
- 3 years of experience as a driver.
- Must have effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in customer service.
