GetYourGuide is the place to book the best experiences in destinations across the globe. We are seeking a creative and strategic Chatbot Conversation Designer to join our chatbot management team. The ideal candidate will craft engaging, clear, and coherent conversational content that enhances our customers’ experiences, drives engagement, and aligns with GetYourGuide’s brand voice and strategic goals
You will drive:Strategic Leadership and KPI Alignment
- Contribute to KPI target setting, ensuring the team achieves key performance indicators and roadmap milestones.
- Lead strategic initiatives that align chatbot capabilities with broader business goals, driving measurable impact on department KPIs.
- Collaborate across partner teams to influence strategies, foster engagement, and ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
Conversational Design and Content Optimization
- Develop and design conversation flows, dialogue scripts, and microcopy that feel natural, intuitive, and customer-centric.
- Establish guidelines and best practices for chatbot tone, style, and behavior to ensure consistency across interactions.
- Analyze customer feedback and journey maps to iterate on content strategies, driving continuous improvement in engagement and satisfaction.
Innovation and Emerging Technologies
- Drive innovation by implementing new solutions or technologies to ensure conversations remain informative, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.
- Train and maintain NLU models to improve chatbot comprehension and response accuracy while leveraging advancements in GenAI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in conversational design and emerging technologies to keep the content strategy competitive.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in conversational UX or content design for AI chatbots.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting performance data to drive content improvements.
- Experience with driving forward strategic initiatives and projects with a measurable impact.
- Solid understanding of conversational design principles, user experience best practices, and the fundamentals of natural language processing.
- Ability to read and interpret JSON, interact with REST APIs, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of updated conversation flows.
- Expertise in prompt design and familiarity with training GenAI models.
- Fluent in English.
