Mitchell Companies is hiring a Chaser to support sales, delivery, merchandising, and customer service throughout the local area. This active, customer-focused position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, and taking pride in keeping products stocked, rotated, and properly displayed.

• Home every night
• 4-day workweek: Tuesday–Friday
• Three-day weekends
• Competitive hourly pay based on classification:
  • Class R: $17.50/hour
  • Class D: $18.50/hour
  • Class A: $20.00/hour
• Consistent schedule: 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Gain experience in sales, merchandising, delivery, and beverage distribution
• Stable, year-round work with an established company
• Work alongside Sales Representatives, Route Assistants, and Service Representatives

• Assist Sales Representatives and Route Assistants with product delivery and in-store merchandising
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays in a clean, organized, and visually appealing manner
• Pull up specified accounts as scheduled by management
• Follow product rotation, freshness, and Anheuser-Busch quality standards
• Learn the brands carried by each account and ensure proper product placement and representation
• Become familiar with account layouts and product display locations
• Build professional relationships with store owners, managers, and account personnel
• Communicate with store personnel to help ensure customer satisfaction and report service issues
• Assist Service Representatives with draft and package beer handling, storage, and displays
• Fill in for Route Assistants when needed, including assisting with full delivery route duties
• Support special events and marketing promotions as directed
• Report product or equipment damage to management immediately
• Attend team and company meetings when requested
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards

• Willingness to learn beer rotation, display, and merchandising standards
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions when needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous merchandising, delivery, or warehouse experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on assigned duties

Tuesday–Friday | 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. | Home Daily

Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required to support special events or business needs.

This is an active merchandising and delivery support position. Employees routinely:

• Lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, reach, stoop, lift, and carry products throughout the workday
• Work in varying indoor and outdoor environments, including retail stores, loading areas, and events
• Assist with product handling, stocking, and display activities
