This role supports our APAC & EMEA-based teams; working hours are 3:00 pm to 12:00 am IST, Monday-Friday.

Information Security Responsibilities

• Awareness on information security measures such as acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, password security
• Understand and report security risks and how they impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Understand how data is stored, processed, or transmitted from a Data privacy and protection standpoint

Role and Responsibilities

• Support monthly closing processes in the Record-to-Report (R2R) function as per IGAAP.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Support the preparation of tax and other statutory documents including STPI, FEMA etc.
• Computation of Advance tax as per the provisions of Income-tax Act, 1961 on quarterly basis.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Preparation of financial statements including Notes to Accounts based on Schedule III requirements on yearly basis.
• Support the team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and controls.
• Coordinating with Statutory auditors in finalizing the numbers and getting financials signed.
• Assist in Internal audits and ensuring the organization adheres to financial and operational guidelines.
• Hands-on experience in NetSuite will be an added advantage.
• The Candidate should have good communications skills.
