The AutoZoner Assistance Fund seeks a candidate for the AutoZoner Assistance Fund Coordinator position to support the AAF Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and organized, with strong interpersonal skills and commitment to the mission and purpose of the AAF.
ResponsibilitiesReceive and track all grant applications
Review and determine if application meets criteria for board consideration
Process approved and denied applications, including correspondence, tracking, and follow-up
Communicate with applicants, Human Resources and other relevant teams and/ or individuals to acquire support documents and required information
Organize weekly and quarterly board meetings
Organize and drive participation in AAF fundraising events, including but not limited to Sample Sales, Silent Auctions, NSM activities, and other activities identified.
Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing documents for reporting
Track and report on changes in payroll deduction giving
Create reports for AAF board members
Prepare AAF presentation materials for AutoZone meetings to drive engagement, participation, and promote fundraising efforts..
Organize and maintain files and records
Facilitate donor inquiries and correspondence
Drive Ambassador engagement on fundraising events and efforts
- Two years of college or an Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience working for a non-profit organization preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong computer, web, and research skills, including but not limited to mail merge, Excel, and data entry
- Flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
