Le Consultant Customer Success Manager a pour objectifs la gestion et la fidélisation des clients du Secteur Public France (collectivités & santé). Au sein de l’équipe Customer Success, il s’assure de manière proactive de la satisfaction client, anime le programme de fidélisation et contribue à faire bénéficier de nos services à l’ensemble du parc Optim. Il a en charge également le développement du parc en proposant aux clients des offres additionnelles et complémentaires adaptées à ses besoins

Responsabilités clés:

  • Gestion et fidélisation des clients du Secteur Public France (collectivités & santé).
  • Animation du programme de fidélisation.
  • Contribution à l'extension des services à l'ensemble du parc Optim.
  • Pilotage du démarrage de compte et liaison avec les services financiers actifs.
  • Mesure de la satisfaction client et suivi de l'usage des plateformes.
  • Validation des besoins d'accompagnement de l'équipe conseil.
  • Organisation et inscription des clients aux programmes de formation.
  • Coordination des prestations prévues aux contrats.
  • Gestion proactive des services financiers délivrés.
  • Développement du portefeuille client et augmentation du chiffre d'affaires.

Compétences clés:

  • Minimum un diplôme dans les affaires, ventes, business, gestion de clientèle, ou un autre domaine d'étude relatif.
  • Entre 1-5ans d'expérience dans le domaine Customer Success ou Account Manager.
  • Gestion proactive de la satisfaction client.
  • Compétence dans la gestion des réclamations et du mécontentement.
  • Développement commercial et vente de services additionnels.
  • Promotion active des offres et détection d'intérêts clients.
  • Coordination et synergie avec les équipes commerciales et de back-office.
  • Capacité à identifier et remonter les opportunités commerciales.
