What You’ll Do
Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff
Support residents with skilled, attentive care
Coordinate with families and care partners
Maintain accurate documentation
Foster a positive, resident‑centered atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
Current CA RN or LVN license
Experience in skilled nursing a plus
Strong leadership and communication abilities
A commitment to quality care

PACS provides back-office administrative support to 321 independently-operated healthcare facilities in 17 states.
