Job SummaryProvides high‑quality nursing care; supervises/coordinates LPNs and CNAs; ensures regulatory compliance and safe operations.
Minimum Qualifications• Current RN license; strong communication/documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications• Leadership/preceptor experience preferred.
• BLS or ACLS certification.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Coordinate unit workflow; rounds and oversight.
• Perform/oversee assessments and documentation.
• Staff education and consultation; medication safety.
• Risk prevention; communicate with residents/families.
Physical Requirements• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently; >50 lbs with assistance/devices.
• Assist with patient repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment.
• Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech.
