As a Charge Nurse (LPN/RN), you will oversee day-to-day nursing operations on your unit, ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate care delivery, and serve as a resource for both clinical and support teams.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff on assigned unit
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Serve as a leader and mentor, promoting teamwork and accountability
- Active, unencumbered LPN or RN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification required
- Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
- Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for delivering compassionate, resident-centered care

Skills Required
- Active, unencumbered LPN or RN license in South Carolina
