Poste :

Rattaché(e) à la Directrice de la communication, le/la chargé(e) de communication prendra en charge les missions suivantes :

  • Contribuer à la définition et la mise en œuvre du plan de communication de Lazard en France et en Europe ;

  • Concevoir des concepts de campagnes de communication et produire des contenus 360 pour les réseaux sociaux, le site web, les newsletters et les supports de communication interne ;

  • Réaliser et coordonner la production de supports visuels en autonomie ou en relation avec nos prestataires ;

  • Optimiser l’expérience collaborateurs, l’expérience clients et l’expérience partenaires en contribuant à l’organisation d’évènements internes et externes ;

  • Suivre et analyser les performances des campagnes de communication :

- suivi de performance

- veille concurrentielle                

- benchmark

- analyse de retombées

- mise en place d’enquêtes de satisfaction

- identification d’axes d’amélioration et des recommandations stratégiques

  • Gérer et organiser les projets liés à la démarche d'engagement de l'entreprise pour l'inclusion et l'égalité des chances avec les associations partenaires.

  • Gérer le volet administratif des projets : respect du budget et des délais, gestion de la relation avec les agences 

 

Profil recherché :

Diplômé(e) d'un Bac +4/5 dans les domaines de la communication, de la communication digitale, du marketing ou du design graphique, et justifiant d'une première expérience réussie sur une fonction similaire, le profil recherché réunit les qualités suivantes :

  • Créativité, autonomie, capacité d'adaptation, esprit d’équipe et aisance relationnelle ;

  • Rigueur, capacité à prioriser avec agilité et efficacité, souci du détail ;

  • Qualités rédactionnelles et intérêt pour les contenus digitaux (photographie, montage vidéo, etc.) ;

  • Maîtrise de la suite Office et des outils de Design graphique (suite Adobe, Canva) ;

  • La connaissance des outils IA tel que Claude serait un plus ;

  • Ouverture à l’international, niveau bilingue en français et en anglais ;

  • Expérience dans un environnement professionnel comparable appréciée (banque d’investissement, cabinet de conseil en stratégie…).

Skills Required

  • Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in communication, digital communication, marketing, or graphic design
  • Previous successful experience in a similar communications role
  • Creativity, autonomy, adaptability, team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
  • Rigour, ability to prioritise effectively, attention to detail
  • Strong writing skills and interest in digital content (photography, video editing)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude
  • Bilingual level in French and English
  • Experience in comparable professional environments (investment banking, strategy consulting)
