Vous identifiez les risques clients et alertez de manière proactive votre hiérarchie.
- Gérer les limites de crédit, les garanties d’assurance-crédit ainsi que les blocages/déblocages de commandes en lien avec les centres de services partagés
- Suivre et analyser les comptes clients de votre périmètre (région) : identification des retards, analyse des causes, suivi des encaissements et des lettrages
- Assurer les relances clients avant et après échéance (multi-canaux), jusqu’à la préparation d’actions contentieuses si nécessaire
- Négocier et gérer les échéanciers de paiement
- Répondre aux demandes des clients et du réseau sur les positions de comptes
- Participer aux revues de balance clients avec les équipes commerciales (DR/RV)
- Identifier et suivre les litiges en coordination avec les services internes
- Mettre à jour les données clients en collaboration avec les équipes concernées
- Préparer les reportings mensuels : suivi des PCD et analyse de fin de mois
- Bac +2/3 en comptabilité, finance, gestion ou équivalent
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum en recouvrement client
- Expérience en environnement international et/ou B2B appréciée
- Bonne maîtrise de la gestion de portefeuilles clients complexes
- Maîtrise des techniques de recouvrement
- Bonne connaissance des processus comptables clients
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques, idéalement SAP
- Anglais opérationnel
- Excellent sens de la communication et de la négociation
