Job Responsibilities:  

  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate engineering projects, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure projects are executed in accordance with company standards and objectives. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of project goals. 

  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, troubleshooting issues and recommending solutions as needed. 

  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards. 

  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project success. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the engineering team, leveraging lessons learned from previous projects. 

 

Education:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field); a Master’s degree is a plus.
